Flat shipping rate is provided for all online orders made for delivery in Canada. Additional rates apply for the U.S. and Worldwide shipping. Customer is responsible for any duties and or taxes applied.

 

All Cherith B Designs gowns and garments are made to order in Toronto. Orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days - 3 months, depending on garment. We do allow Returns or exchanges on garments from our ready to wear collection.

 

Custom garments or garments ordered with customizations are final sale.

 

Please note, for refunds to be processed, garments must be returned in original condition. Must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. The item must not be on sale, discounted or part of a special order.

Garments must be returned to be assessed before approved for refund.

 

All returns must be directed through contact@cherithbdesigns.com and must be received within 10 days  of delivery. All return shipping is at the expense of the client.

 

3 Fittings are included in the cost of each custom gown order, if an additional fitting is required because of client postponement, this would incur an additional fee of $100.00 per fitting.
